Vinyassa Yoga

Meditation 


Meditation is a sacred practice of stillness and introspection that fosters a deep connection with your inner self. Through mindful awareness and focused breathing, it nurtures peace and spiritual awakening.

Yoga Nidra

 

Often referred to as yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that induces deep relaxation and restorative rest. This practice allows you to journey into the subconscious, promoting healing and inner peace. Typically, a Yoga Nidra session lasts between 20 and 40 minutes.

Yin Yoga

 

A serene, introspective practice, Yin Yoga involves holding postures for extended periods to target deep connective tissues and enhance flexibility. This meditative style encourages a profound sense of stillness and surrender.

Hatha Yoga

 

A timeless and foundational form of yoga, Hatha Yoga emphasizes physical postures and breathwork. Its gentle, slower pace makes it ideal for beginners and those seeking to cultivate a mindful practice. 

Restorative Yoga
