My Story

I’m a UK-based Wellness Yoga Teacher with over five years of teaching experience, trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and pre- and postnatal yoga. I’m originally from Greece, and my yoga journey began more than ten years ago in the quiet forests of northern Germany, where I first discovered how movement, breath, and stillness can completely change how we feel. Since then, I’ve continued to learn with curiosity, studying with teachers from different traditions and shaping those teachings into my own style.

My approach is simple: yoga should feel supportive, grounding, and true to you. I see it as a gentle conversation between body and soul — a way to honour your natural rhythms and reconnect with what feels real and nourishing. I blend energising flows with restful, mindful stillness, creating inclusive, heart-centred spaces where you can move, breathe, slow down, and simply be yourself.

I also have a compassionate understanding of chronic conditions, such as chronic fatigue, and I aim to hold space that feels safe, empowering, and deeply supportive. My classes are accessible and adaptable, meeting you exactly where you are each day.

Affirmations and mantras are a big part of both my practice and my teaching. I love how these simple, meaningful words can shift our energy, strengthen self-belief, and guide us back to a sense of inner peace.
