My Story
I am a UK-based certified Wellness Yoga Teacher with over five years of experience, deeply rooted in the traditions of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and pre- and postnatal practices. Originally from Greece, my yoga journey began over a decade ago in the quiet nature of northern Germany, where I first felt the profound alchemy of movement, breath and inner stillness. Since then, I have walked the path with curiosity and devotion, learning from teachers across traditions and weaving their wisdom into my own unique offering.

My approach is grounded in the belief that yoga is a sacred dialogue between the body and the soul; a way to honour your natural rhythms and reconnect with your inner truth. I offer a harmonious blend of dynamic flow and deeply restorative stillness, creating inclusive, heart-led spaces where you are free to move, breathe, and simply be.

With a compassionate understanding of chronic conditions such as chronic fatigue, I hold space for healing, resilience and empowerment. My sessions are accessible, supportive and attuned to the lived experience of each practitioner.

Beyond asana, I am deeply inspired by the healing resonance of affirmations and mantras; tools I integrate both in my personal life and in my classes. These sacred words have the power to shift energy, nurture self-belief and bring us back home to peace within.
